Thursday 13 The many typpes of fungus among us !!















I'll never forget the first dead mans fingers fungus that scared the beegeebies out of me as  I walked along a  Pa forest leaf laden floor .Yipes I was scared but forever fascinated.hope you are too.written before hurricane .

    What wonderful colors and textures. Creepy, as always, but in a cheerful way. I see what you mean about dead man's fingers, however.

    Dead man's fingers, shudder. That mushroom,the one that looks like brains, and the red ones that look like ears has me wondering if the person who thought up the first zombie story was walking through a forest full of these mushrooms.
