    We lived near Mary Esther FL many years ago and used to love to camp in Conecuh Natl Forest where we had to watch out for the alligators in the various lakes and ponds. Exciting to see, but always a little scary! :-0

    A swimmer decided not to respect the warning signs about crocodiles in Miami this past month and of course the poor croc paid dearly for nibbling on his leg. Even though no one feeds the alligators on our lake the mere sight of one gives residents reason to call for its "control."
