Beat that fatigue

Your commitment to duty can leave you feeling tired and out of sorts today. While it is likely that you began your journey through the hours in an optimistic frame of mind and an energetic mood, the stress and strain of your many objectives can begin to weigh heavily upon you after a time. You can, however, stave off imminent fatigue quite easily today by simply making sure that you do not move from task to task without giving yourself at least some time to rest in between. A short break can refresh you, ensuring that you are focused and enthusiastic throughout your day.

Accomplishing goals is most often a matter of finding a workable balance between outwardly-directed drive and our inescapable need to regularly refresh ourselves. It is easy to fall into a trap in which we push ourselves ever harder in the name of achievement because we are bombarded by messages telling us that effort is the main component of accomplishment. Yet while commitment and perseverance are indeed necessary elements of the goal-realization process, we cannot realize our dreams if we are constantly overwhelmed and exhausted. When we integrate rest into our schedules Even if we have no more than five minutes at a time at our disposal We emerge from each period of refreshment renewed and ready to take on the challenges that lie ahead. When you allow yourself plenty of time to relax and unwind today, you will never have to give in to feelings of fatigue.

Sometimes even slight exercise you love helps to beat fatigue that sounds crazy but true .For instance  walking around the house doing something you love like lighting candles or arranging flowers , mind over matter...
