did you ever have a day of perfect flow?

you flow from the bed to the daily tasks and they just go seemlessly ..
You could find that your usual routine gives you a sense of comfort today. It may seem like everything you do is in a state of flow and that you are on automatic pilot. If you do find that you are feeling slightly numbed by this state today, you may want to find some way to break from your usual routine, such as taking a rest when needed or changing some small aspect of your life. However, if you find that you feel relaxed and energized by your normal activities, this would be a good time to simply enjoy being in the present. You might want to imagine that you are a floating on the sea of life with water flowing all around you and carrying you along. You can take a few moments to enjoy the calm you feel by being in the here and now.I sometimes stop and pick some flowers or treat myself to a long lunch or do something I love at the computer.

Being in the state of flow can be a wonderful way to stay in the present moment. When we are in flow our cares and concerns about the world slip away. We are fully engaged in what we are doing. While we are in this state, time seems to move quickly, yet we know how we have spent each moment. In many ways it is an active form of meditation where we are aware of what we are doing but are not bound by a particular outcome. By being in flow today, you will remain in the present moment and ultimately learn to accept yourself and your life for what they are.Before you know it it is a productive day ..
