Camera Critters and Pets Forever The infamous Papi Chulo worst dog I've ever owned but alas I love him and vice versa

About 3 years ago someone dropped him off as a tiny puppy..He chases cats, is not nice to little dog, does not come when called, misses the paper,  and is super mean and barks always ..He does go everywhere with me and obeys words like come, go , toy , stay ..sigh
