- Learn something new- have facts sent to you daily or ask your kids , but enliven your psyche with newness.
- Walk in the park or somewhere. I try to go there every day , even went there the last day of my dog's life and whispered to her how much her life meant to me .
- Volunteer // it is a definite that it increases overall well being, I do not volunteer summer and I feel blah.
- Put your social media house in order ..Are you saving blogs for children ??copy them and care for them.(bind etc). Facebook screen what you say for posterity .
- Rediscover the library not only will you save money , it will geatly broaden your horizon.
- Step away from your desk. It will lengthen your life , as you age circulation is all important.(I am guilty of this and now work with a timer)7
- Pay down your credit card debt,Debt is a stressor and a life shortener
- If you are a smoker quit and smartphones bring unique support
- Kick the car habit , walk every second you can- I park far away from my destinations.healthy
- Make every day count, do something special for your family even if they don't deserve it sometimes, keep a jar naming good things that happened to you that day read at end of month or year.Joel Osteen said New Year's Eve , we fall into the doldrums, that child is not as cute as when he was born, that man not as great as the newly married husband.We needn't ////////TREASURE EVERY DAY That's your true legacy .
- Get omore sleep - the health reasons are endless as well as performing tasks better.
- Get more culture - expand your mind by video , reading, lecture, museum..do not become stale !!!
- Mind your health - Value yourself . do what is good for you . If you are snacking at work in the breakroom, count out 100 calories of nuts or vegges to be sure you are feeding your body correctly.
