Thursday 13-Natural Toothache remedies until you get to a dentist for pain

I have a blood disease therefore get tooth aches middle of night whether they are gone or not , so have learned many natural pain remedies when orajel or anbesol is not enough so that I can sleep

Do not swallow liquids, spit out when done.
  1. Salt Water: Mix a heaping spoonful of salt in a small glass of lukewarm to warm water, swoosh around inside your mouth for as long as you can, spit out. Repeat a couple times.
  2. Cloves: This is an old timer’s remedy, rest a clove against the sore area until pain goes away. You can also use a drop or two of clove oil (too much can be toxic) or make a thick paste of ground cloves and water or ground cloves and olive oil.
  3. Alcohol: Swoosh a bit of whiskey, scotch, brandy or vodka. A strong mouthwash that contains alcohol will do the trick too.
  4. Hydrogen Peroxide: Swoosh a bit of hydrogen peroxide. If the taste is too horrid for you, try diluting with a bit of water.
  5. Vanilla Extract: Saturate a cotton ball with vanilla and hold in place. Can also use a cotton swab dipped in extract.
  6. Almond Extract: Same method of treatment as with Vanilla (above).
  7. Peppermint Extract: Same as with Vanilla (above).
  8. Lemon Extract: Same as with Vanilla (above).
  9. Tea Tree Oil: Just a drop or two will do the trick. You can also add some to a cotton swab and hold in place or add a few drops of tea tree oil to a small glass of lukewarm to warm water and swoosh this around.
  10. Oil Of Oregano: Mix a few drops with a bit of olive oil, then saturate a cotton ball with mixture. Can replace the olive oil with lukewarm water if preferred.
  11. Apple Cider Vinegar: Soak a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar (ACV) and hold it in place. Can also try regular household vinegar.
  12. Ginger Root: Take a fresh piece of ginger and chew it a bit.
  13. Garlic: Take a clove of garlic, smash it and apply (settle it inside cheek). You can also mash some garlic with salt.
**The one that works best for me is gargling cayenne pepper

Speak to me

Generally  I say i want this I like this but ...it's been a long time since I decorated and I generally pick what I love  however!!!!

When decorating spaces in your home, allow the space to speak to you by being still and observing each room.

When we decide the time has come to change the look or feel of our personal spaces, it is the spaces themselves that can provide us with the most useful guidance. Working with a single room, an apartment, or an entire house allows us to unearth the innate potential of these spaces and also better understand how we want to relate to them. To be conscious of the possibilities of a space, we need to listen to, look at, and bond with that space in a deep and personal way. Just as no two people are alike, no two rooms, however similar, are identical. The more we know about the spaces we wish to change, the better equipped we are to make them both beautiful and functional.

Before you contemplate colors and layouts, spend some time in the rooms you plan to modify. Observe the way light moves through each space at different times of day. In the course of a week or so, note those times when you feel drawn to a particular space. You may naturally gravitate toward one room when you want to relax and toward another when you want to socialize. Also, remember that not all rooms have to be used as originally planed, for example a dining room may make a wonderful sitting area. As you make these observations, think about whether the spaces under consideration remind you of anything or bring certain thoughts to mind. Writing your thoughts down can make the process of examination simpler. The discoveries you make regarding the rooms in your home can help guide you as you choose color schemes, furniture layouts, and decorative styles, so that you bring out the natural qualities of each using your creativity and eye for detail. Using the cues you pick up, yo!
u can design a beautiful room that is bright and exciting, or one that calms the soul and invites meditation.

By treating the layout and décor of your personal spaces in this mindful way, you can honor their natural rhythms while creating a cohesive and comfortable home through which energy can flow unencumbered. The design elements you subsequently choose will work together like the diverse instruments that come together to form a symphony orchestra. Each will resonate harmoniously with the next, ensuring that your home resounds with a lasting message of beauty, serenity, reassurance, and comfort.  Feng shui babay !!

2-Sun - not blinding bright humid sun, but light , leading my way(I lived for years where skys were always dark)

3-Trees - for as long as I could remember trees were my friend. They held my swing and tire as achild, my hammock later and now provide raw unparalleled beauty

4-Flowers - wild flowers, fist full, domestic flowers vases throughout the house. I see beauty everywhere

5- Mountains- I'm from the mountain state of Wva and I find them  comforting and sheltering.

8-My granddaughter's voice - not now but when she was younger she had a lilting  uplifting joy in everything

9- my pets - some favorites gone ahead but others here love me as well, maybe not to their degree but I leaned what real companionship and devotion was.

10- Helping others especially children,. This has been my work for nearly 50 years in some capacity or another . It  is what I'm born to do . I am about to begin a new job helping children's families  get back on their feet.

11-Early morning its quietude

12-birds. I have a plethora of cardinals but am fascinated always by the songs of birds.

13-caring in any form. I have a card angel who sent me a book this week on my darkest of days,
